
We are a community-based strength and conditioning facility located at 859 North Main Street in Providence, Rhode Island. We specialize in CrossFit group training, personal training, and individualized program design. Among us are athletes of all levels, skills, and abilities. We combine weight-lifting, gymnastics, kettlebells, and endurance work with sound, easy-to-understand nutrition to give our members the best possible training response. What does this mean to you?
