Instead, we will be holding one class session at 9:30am, followed by Open Gym until 12.  Enjoy the following workout as a substitution for our yearly run.

Ski 200 Calories
Assault Bike 200 Calories
Row 200 Calories

*If a team is comprised of 3 women, the calorie count for each modality will be 150.
