In teams of two, with only one partner working at any time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 25 minutes of:
100 Double-Unders
60 Air Squats
200 Meter Farmers’s Walk (heavy, switch often)
40 Abmat Situps
300 Meter Run (together)
20 Burpees

40 minute Assault Bike @70-75%

*Every 5 minutes, get off and complete a 2 Turkish Get Ups (each arm) + 100-ft Single Arm Carry (each arm)
