*Our first Barbell Basics class was this past Sunday. If you weren’t able to make it, be sure to sign up for this Sunday’s class (9am), and come get a thorough introduction to the foundations of the Olympic Lifts, as well as the associated movements (Push Press, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, etc.)

Against a 5-minute running clock, complete:
400 Meter Run
500 Meter Row
Push-Ups x Max Reps (in remaining time)
Rest 5 minutes between sets, and complete a total of 4 sets.
If you know that you’ll take more than 4 minutes to row and run, reduce the distance of one or both so that you have at least one minute to perform push-ups.
For extra fun, record your 400 Meter Run times for each set as well.
