In teams of two, with only one partner working at any time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 25 minutes of:
100 Double Unders
80 Kettlebell Swings
60 Wall Balls
40 Burpees
20 Pull-ups

“COMPETITION”

Take 10-15 minutes to drill 2-3 gymnastics movements that you need to improve

300m faster, 600m easy

200m fastest, 400m easy
Rest 1min
100m sprint, 200m easy

Rest: 4min b/t sets if Running
Rest: 3min b/t sets if Skiing
Rest: 2min b/t sets if Rowing
