In teams of two, partners will alternate whole rounds to complete…

A. As many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
100-ft Sandbag Carry or Farmer’s Carry
8 Burpees

Rest 4 minutes, and then…

B. As many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
12 Goblet Reverse Lunges
8/6 Calorie Ski

Rest 4 minutes, and then…

C. As many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
12 Ground to Overhead w/Plate
8/6 Calorie Echo Bike

“BURN”

Every minute, on the minute, for 30 minutes (5 sets):
Minute 1 – 60 seconds of Echo Bike or Ski Erg
Minute 2 – 45 seconds of Single Arm Dumbbell Devil’s Press
Minute 3 – 30 seconds of Hollow Hold
Minute 4 – 60 seconds of Rowing or Bike Erg
Minute 5 – 45 seconds of Air Squats
Minute 6 – 30 seconds of Front-Leaning Rest on Rings
