In teams of two, with one partner working at a time, partners alternate whole rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
5 Single Arm Kettlebell Push Presses
10 Kettlebell Swings
15 Air Squats
200 Meter Run


30 Second Bike/Ski/Row @ easy
30 Second Bike/Ski/Row @ moderate
30 Second Bike/Ski/Row @ tough pace (but could hold for a whole minute)
Rest walk 1 minute
x5 rounds
rest 5 minutes
