“FITNESS” & “PERFORMANCE”

A. In teams of three, with only one partner working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
100-ft Sandbag or Kettlebell Front Rack Carry
10 Burpees

Rest 5 minutes, then…

B. In teams of three, with only one partner working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
100-ft Bear Crawl (or Walking Lunge)
150 Meter Row

“HOME WORKOUT”

See “Aerobic Development” below, and substitute the Bike with a 2 minute Run or 90 seconds of Jump Rope. You may also perform a Bear Crawl in place of the Lunges or the Carries.

“AEROBIC DEVELOPMENT”

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes @80-85% effort throughout:
1500 Meter Bike
100m Farmers Carry
20 Walking Lunges
30 Second Side Plank Each Side
