1 Minute Jump Rope
1 Minute Samson Stretch Lunge
1 Minute Plank on Hands (FLR)
1 Minute Pigeon Rocks (30 seconds each side)
1 Minute Deep Breathing in Child’s Pose
x 5-7 rounds @ easy effort

Bike, Run, or Row:
30 Seconds @moderate intensity
Rest 15 seconds
x 6 rounds (record total distance)

Rest 1-2 minutes, then…

90 Seconds @same speed as above
