Full Range is a place for anyone with a positive attitude, and a commitment to becoming fitter, healthier, and more aware of their true physical potential. If you are interested in training with us, here are the steps you should follow:

STEP 1: COntact us for AN INITIAL CONSULTATION

As a small, community-based facility, it is important for us to get to know all of our potential clients.  To accomplish this, we ask that all of our new members start by setting up an initial consultation with Alecia or Adam. Here we can answer any questions you may have regarding our gym, our programs, and how we can best help you reach your goals. We will also present you with all of your potential options for joining our community.  To set up an appointment, simply send us a message, and we will be in touch within 24 hours.

STEP 2: FUNDAMENTALS TRAINING

 

At Full Range, we work with our clients in 3 stages:

  • Mechanics (learning how to do the movements with proper technique)

  • Consistency (the ability to perform the movements over and over again with safe and efficient technique)

  • Intensity (adding speed to movements)

To ensure this proper progression is followed, everyone who trains at Full Range begins their journey with our Fundamentals Training, in the form of 1-on-1 lessons with one of our expert coaches.

Over the course of 4 sessions, you will be introduced to the movements, methods, and principles that make up our training here at Full Range. This will all be done at your own pace, and with attention to the details that pertain to you as an individual.  We believe that the better we get to understand the way you move and operate, the better we can help you reach your fitness goals.

**Fundamentals Training is required before you can start on any track at Full Range.

Group Training MEMBERSHIP plans & PRICING

If you want the highest value from your coaches in terms of care, attention, and knowledge, then we are a perfect fit.

Your Group Class Membership comes with the following:

  • Personal coaching in fun small groups.

  • Accountability and performance coaching.

  • Access to nutrition, goals, and training workshops.

  • Community social events.

  • A proven track record of changing lives.

Full Range offers two monthly membership types:
Unlimited Classes and 13 Classes/Month. Both memberships offer access to specialty classes such as Mobility & Maintenance, Olympic Lifting, and any specialty workshops we offer.

*NOTE: All Group Memberships require new members to have taken our Fundamentals Training, or have at least 1 year of prior experience in Strength & Conditioning

This monthly recurring membership grants access to unlimited classes and specialty courses per month, as well as access to Open Gym hours, for self-directed workouts or skill sessions.

  • $185/mo with a 12-month commitment

  • $209 month-to-month

  • $1,980 paid upfront for a year (BEST VALUE - $165/mo)

13 classes/month

This monthly recurring membership grants access to 13 classes per month and is a good choice if you are new to CrossFit. Please note, any remaining classes at the end of each month will not be carried over into your next month.

  • $165/mo with a 12-month commitment

  • $185 month-to-month

Discounts:
We extend our 12-mo commitment pricing to all full-time students, Military personnel, first responders, full-time teachers (K-12), and couples/families, without the need for a commitment.

Corporate Pricing:
We offer corporate pricing as well as opportunities for private corporate classes. Contact us to find out more.

Holds & Cancellations:
You may put your membership on hold if you travel for 2 weeks or more, or if you provide a doctor’s note for sickness or injury. We do not allow in-contract downgrades from Full to Limited memberships, but you may upgrade from a Limited to a Full membership at any time. Memberships cannot be canceled without penalty except for extraordinary circumstances which are stated on your membership contract.
