While exercise is fun, the truth is that what we do with the other 23 hours of the day will play a much larger role in our overall health, fitness, and well-being than what we do in the gym.  The purpose of our Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching Program is to help you get the most out of the hard work that you put in at the gym and to make choices that align with your goals.

We work with you to determine what will have the most profound and lasting impact, and then help you implement new habits centered around that.

Sleep, stress, hydration, and nutrition are all intertwined, which is why a one-size-fits-all approach to eating simply does not work.  Instead of applying cookie-cutter diets to our clients, we work with you to determine what will have the most profound and lasting impact, and then help you implement new habits centered around that.

Starting with an InBody scan, we get an accurate picture of your current body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, and basal metabolic rate.  More importantly, your coach will meet with you to learn as much as possible about your current practices, what you struggle with, and what has or has not worked for you in the past.
